Definitions

  • “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to 247 Taxi Cabs.
  • “Customer,” “Passenger,” or “You” refers to any person making a booking or using our services.
  • “Booking” refers to any taxi reservation made through our website, phone, or other communication methods.

Booking Terms

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
  • Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off information.
  • Incorrect booking details may result in delays or additional charges.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking if necessary.

Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made through approved payment methods available on our website.
  • Prices may vary depending on distance, waiting time, route changes, traffic conditions, or additional services requested.
  • Any extra charges incurred during the journey must be paid by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Single Booking Cancellation

  • If a single booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time, no refund will be issued.
  • If a booking is cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time, 80% of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • We reserve the right to retain 20% of the total booking amount as a cancellation and administration fee on all cancelled bookings.

Group / Multiple Booking Cancellation

  • For group bookings, return journeys, or multiple bookings, cancellations made more than 48 hours before the first scheduled booking will receive an 80% refund.
  • If any group or multiple booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the first scheduled pickup, no refund will be issued.
  • A 20% cancellation and administration fee applies to all eligible refunded bookings.

Waiting Time Policy

Standard waiting time may apply depending on the booking type.
Additional waiting charges may apply if the passenger delays beyond the allocated waiting period.
Airport pickups may include complimentary waiting time based on flight arrival details.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Treat drivers respectfully
  • Avoid causing damage to vehicles
  • Ensure correct passenger and luggage information is provided
  • Comply with all UK laws and safety regulations during the journey

Customers may be charged for any damage or excessive cleaning caused during the journey.

Driver & Vehicle Policy

  • We aim to provide professional and licensed drivers at all times.
  • Vehicle types requested are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to substitute vehicles when necessary.
